Job Summary
This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and In-service distribution. They will follow a 7 step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.
Responsibilities
- Completes participant transaction requests
- Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or co-ordinates with service providers
- Maintains the ATCSF Admin system contact changes
- Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
- Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
- Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
- Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
- Force out monitoring and processing
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
- At least 2 years of qualified plan experience
- Qualified plan document experience would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
Salary Range: $45,000 -$55,000
